BrickFolio is a managed marketplace. We handle payments, payouts, and shipping logistics so every transaction is secure and accountable.
Secure payment processing
Card payments are processed by our PCI-compliant payment provider, Stripe. Seller payouts are issued through Stripe Connect after identity verification. BrickFolio never stores raw card details.
Escrow & buyer protection
Buyer funds are held until an order ships and is confirmed delivered. If an item never arrives or is not as described, buyers can open a dispute for a refund.
Verified shipping
Every order ships with a prepaid, tracked carrier label. Tracking is surfaced to buyers in real time, and sellers must ship within a fixed window.
Accountable sellers
Sellers complete identity and bank verification before receiving payouts. Ratings, reviews, and dispute history keep the marketplace healthy.
